Catella Denmark advises in the sale of major Copenhagen residential property to Balder

On December 30, 2011, Fastighets AB Balder (publ) signed an agreement to acquire a residential neighborhood with 523 apartments in Copenhagen. The properties are located in Österbro, one of the most attractive residential locations in central Copenhagen.

The properties have a total lettable area of ​​approximately 43,500 square meters, constructed in 1995, with an assigned value of SEK 1.300 million in the deal, which takes place as a share deal. Closing will occur during the first quarter of 2012.

The investment is in line with Balder's strategy of owning residential properties in growing locations, and maintaining the balance between commercial and residential property.
